As State Director of the Miss Globe ARIZONA, CALIFORNIA, and NEVADA United States Pageants, Lynda brings more than twenty years of experience to the official state preliminary of the Miss Globe United States National Pageant.
From State Director with the USA/Universe and United States pageant systems, to National Director with the Jr. Teen, Teen, Miss, and Ms Divisions in the United States system, Lynda spent years promoting, producing, and directing what soon became one of the most exciting National pageants in the industry. She worked with more than three hundred people each year, producing a National Pageant which everyone grew to respect.
With a combined total of more than one hundred years in this arena, Lynda and her "dream team" of professionals are, once again, focused on producing an exciting Tri State Pageant experience on one of the Premiere Showroom stages near the famed Las Vegas Strip.

Kyle is a native of Chicago, Illinois, and founder of Haggerty & Associates. He been personally coaching pageant contestants on the local, state, national and international levels with many going on to win titles with Miss America, Miss USA, Miss Universe, Miss World, Miss International, Miss Africa and many more pageant systems.
Through his work with major modeling agencies in the Chicago area, Kyle has done print modeling and commercial work with companies such as Sears Roebuck, Montgomery Wards, Nestles Candy, Reebok, and Bloomingdales. As a performer, Kyle was a principal dancer in the movie "Blues Brothers." He also had the opportunity to tour with musicals such as A Chorus Line, Cats and 42nd Street. Kyle has also been featured on numerous television shows on BRAVO, MTV, and E! Television. He is a 9-time United States National Dance Champion and has also coached gymnastic (girls levels 7 through 10), cheerleading/pom-pom and competitive dance for years.
Through his company, Kyle has developed and conducted his highly noted workshops "From the Pageant Stage to the Runway" and "Pageant 101...What Every Parent Needs to Know About Pageants" to better help his clients break into the modeling and pageant worlds, telling the honest truth and reality of competing in pageants and entering the modeling industry. He, himself, is no stranger to winning national titles, having been a former Mr. USA, Mr. Black America, and Mr. United States, and believes in all the benefits pageants have to offer. Kyle was also featured in Pageantry Magazine as the "Crowning Concepts" writer for two years. For over 30 years, Jay has performed on both coasts in musical theater, production shows, headlining with his own act on several cruise lines, as well as performing on television & radio. He appeared as Billy Flynn in a National Tour of CHICAGO and currently performs and hosts 2 Las Vegas Variety Shows. He was the Emcee for the United States Pageant system from 2004 – 2014.
In addition to performing, Jay owns and operates A Touch of Mystery & More Entertainment Group, an interactive event & entertainment company. His troupe performs for local Restaurants, Hotels & Casinos, Corporate & Convention events & Team Building. His interactive Murder Mysteries were featured on Royal Caribbean & Norwegian Cruise lines.

Natalie Carson has been a professional singer, emcee, dancer, actress and choreographer for over 20 years. She has traveled internationally with Legends In Concert and has been the featured singer in numerous productions in Las Vegas and beyond. Favorite credits include Sister Amnesia in Nunsense, Jenny in Company and Sandy in Grease. Natalie recently emceed an event at the MGM grand with NASCAR's Tony Stewart and Danica Patrick and has shared the stage with Bobby Rydell, Frankie Avalon and Leslie Gore.
For over the past 15 years, Natalie has staged and choreographed the Cinderella Scholarship pageants on the State and International Level. She was also a guest vocalist and choreographer/stage director for the Mrs United States National Pageant as well as the Jr Teen, Teen, Miss and Ms. Pageants for over 5 years. Along with singing in many corporate shows and being a production assistant and choreographer, she currently performs in the Hit Parade Variety Shows at the Suncoast & Samstown and sings with her vintage vocal trio, The Swing City Dolls.
Natalie is thrilled to work with the Delegates in the Miss Globe Arizona, California, and Nevada United States Pageant.
With more than 40 years working in the visual arts arena as Director of Photography, Camera Operator, and site Photography, Joseph Pier brings his trained eyes to the event having worked on such shows as Miss Universe and Miss USA, Project Runway, and Los Angeles and Phoenix Fashion Weeks. He's has also been involved in several popular television shows such as American Idol, So You Think You Can Dance, and the very dramatic Beverly Hills, Orange County, and Basketball Wives Series.
Joe looks forward to being part of the Miss Globe Arizona, California, and Nevada United States Pageants to capture the beauty and excitement of this wonderful event.
Controlling the action behind the stage is what Linda is all about. With more than 25 years' experience as Backstage Director, she has travelled the world for Miss Universe, Miss USA, Miss Teen USA, and the United States pageant system. She is acutely aware of the importance of getting delegates on stage, in the right outfit, and at the right time.
Linda, and her husband Ed, are the proud grandparents of four beautiful girls.
